• Flowers
  • Paint (we used four different colours)
  • Paintbrushes
  • Card or paper
  • Paint pots 

  • Collect some flowers – ones with big, open petals are best
  • Paint the petals and print on to the card
  • Use different colours on different flowers – or try a mixture on one flower
  • The end result was so lovely that I used this idea for Jacob to make a birthday card for his nana – see photos
